Citroen DS19 1958 Till Salu


Citroen DS19 1958 NOW SOLD. This car was put in storage in around 1975. Latest controle technique (MOT) was 1975-02-04 see copy of dokumet besiktninginstrument Around 2005 it was brought back into the world again.
Bluegrey interior originally. Was later replaced by red interior. (old one is included in sale) Some pictures of dashboard and steeringwheel. Accessory parking brake lock

Car is very well preserved. Hardly no rust in wings and doors. Some of the doors have had repairs a long time ago. Chassi (sills , bottom, trunk) is vertualy rustfree.
Homemade extra lights (correct Marchal lights included) Bonnet is of the correct type with one washer nozzle.
Hubcaps on frontwheels of the early Pallas type (very unusual)
Short rearwings of correct type ( before august 1959) Original catadioptre on rearwings not present.
Accessory bumperhorns on rear bumper.
Dashboard is in good shape but has had some paint sprayed on. Original clock on ashtray.
The ventilations grills on frontwings are not original. They were introduced in September 1959
Here you can see old repair of left front door.
New headlining is installed.
Red plastick turnsignal trumpets (sprayed red) original was dull and brownish.
Engine compartment is nice and mostly original.
Cylinderhead has been replaced as the old one was badly corroded internally.
Engine was out of the car for inspection, cleaning and overhaul.
First part of exhaust system original and intact. Long pipe under the car is partly missing.
Heater valve on firewall was replaced with a NOS one.
Floor is intact and has no repairs.
Sillcovers in ribbed aluminium.
Trunkfloor intact and has no repairs. Green suspension spheres momentarily on the car when picture was taken.
Car has had a re-spray in non original colour.
